What is making baby cry? | Yorktown NY Newborn Photographer

The title of this article caught my attention and brought back a memory of a story my lactation consultant once told me.

She was relaying a story of parents who couldn't figure out why their baby was crying. They ruled out the usual suspects - hunger, gas, wet diaper, cold... still, baby was upset. It was a few minutes in they did a body scan to look for anything unusual and found a hair wrapped tightly baby's toe! I've always kept that story in the back of my mind and try to think of these possibilities when baby is upset.
