Custom Prop session | Dutchess County Newborn Photography

Mom emailed me the day before her session, knowing it was probably a long shot, but worth an ask, if we could do something with a nod to St. Patrick's Day for the newborn session. I knew I had a green wrap, but that was it. The wheels started spinning and I come up with an idea.

I used to crochet and knit a lot, most of my first outfits and props when I started photographing newborns were made by me. Lately though it's just to hard to find the time and the knits and handmade headbands I find online are just drool worthy! Anyways, for this session, I dusted off the crochet hook and whipped up a cute clover, perfectly sized for this guy's little hands.
