Easy meal idea | Westchester Newborn Photographer

I know it's a little weird for a newborn photographer to be blogging about food, but I'm always keeping an eye out for family friendly, time saving recipes. After all, wouldn't you rather be snuggling with baby than cooking dinner?

My kids are super picky eaters so anything that looks relatively healthy and easy to make, I'm going to pay attention. I do always make my kids have a vegetable, luckily, they have all come to like (or at least tolerate) salads...so that is easy enough to throw on the side.

I imagine that most of my clients are in the same boat...or soon will be as baby grows up! Even now, when baby is still brand new it's always nice to have some time saving recipes on hand.

I haven't tried this one yet, but will be adding it to my arsenal and will update once I've tried it.
