Fall Family Photo Session | Cold Spring, NY | Carmel Family Photography

Mom's sister contacted me first to surprise her with this session. She was so excited to get family pictures! Their son was a great age for it since he could hold up his head and do tummy time. He could almost sit up, too! But this way he could sit up in their laps, stand with support and lay on a blanket and hold his head up...so many options!

Mom asked if we could do our session on the Cold Spring waterfront. I had never had a photographed there before, but I knew it was a popular spot for photographers, so I figured, why not! I got there early to scope out the location and it was absolutely perfect. I found some shady spots while the sun was still high and all within a short walk there was so much variety between parks and urban and waterfront.

It is certainly hard to choose just a few favorites from this session, but here they are!
